At the heart of West Sussex lies Knepp Wilding, one of Europe’s most celebrated rewilding sites, and home to the White Stork Project, a groundbreaking conservation initiative.
When the project team needed elevated access to tag and monitor newly hatched chicks without damaging sensitive habitats below, they turned to Ashdown Spider Lift Hire.

We deployed our Teupen Leo 21 GT with its non-marking rubber tracks and low ground pressure, designed specifically for sensitive access situations.
The machine was guided into position using rubber matting, with full IPAF-certified operator control. We completed the work in under a day, with no environmental impact.
